Internship Description:
The main role of interns is to get involved in as many aspects of the business as possible:
HR: Analyse the current roles of employees and see where new roles need to be created. Assist with current HR admin work and look to define the jobs for future interns and employees to assist the company’s growth.
Sales & Marketing: Contact existing clients and develop new markets. Assist with ongoing marketing work and create new marketing channels.
Finance: Assist the staff member in charge of finances and accounting.
Logistics: Learn about the shipping process and help to administrate and improve how products are shipped.
Technical: Students with technical, IT or graphic design skills can work on defined projects in these areas to help create new and develop existing products and services.
Requirements:
Interns must be self driven, motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
Flexible and able to multi-task.
English is a must and other language skills would be an advantage.
Internships should ideally be 4-6 months.
